On August 28, the 5th Atomization Industry Chain Exhibition was held in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. More than 500 domestic and foreign electronic atomizer brands, manufacturing and other upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain joined the expo. EVE Energy’s electronic atomizer battery comprehensive solutions and 5 innovative technologies were unveiled, jointly exploring the new ecology and new trends of the atomization industrial chain.
At the “Electronic Atomizer Global Development and Industry Innovation Forum” held during the same period of the exhibition, Dr. Sam Huang, head of EVE Energy’s Lithium-ion Battery Research Institute, delivered a keynote speech on “Atomizer Battery Technology Advancement Promotes Industry Development”, which triggered a high degree of concern in the forum.

Dr. Sam pointed out that EVE Energy’s electronic atomizer battery comprehensive solution adheres to the “food-grade safety” design concept, to achieve high power, long life and high safety performance, covering LCO, NCM and LFP material system, and can support pouch and hard can sealing solutions, to better meet customized needs and promote the new ecological development of the vaping industry. EVE Energy's self-developed automated production line has achieved the 6th generation of innovation and upgrading, providing “one-stop” solutions from battery cell to PACK, forming the ability of “Global Manufacturing, Global Cooperation, Global Service”.
Technological Innovation, Unlimited Possibilities
At the forum, Dr. Sam released five new technologies of the atomizer battery, which covered multi-battery technology routes such as disposable electronic atomizer, rechargeable electronic atomizer and HNB, promoting the development of new quality productivity in the electronic atomizer industry.
• Gel Technology
The gel batteries used in disposable electronic atomizers are designed for extreme application scenarios. They’re extremely safe, with higher performance, higher energy, energy density increased by 20%, and support high power discharge.
• STT Safety Technology
Designed for the disposable electronic atomizer, safer, fearless of short circuit; More economical, no need for external protection plate; High compatibility to provide a better atomization experience for customers around the world.
• M-power Technology
Designed for disposable electronic atomizer. Aiming at the industry's pain point of energy density, EVE Energy's new material system breaks through the limit of the current system to achieve a 30% increase in energy density, with an annual self-discharge rate as low as 3%, and long durability.
• V-power Technology
Designed for Vapor, with the performance advantages of high platform, high energy, ultra-fast charging and long life, achieve a 20% increase in energy density, support 15min fast charging and 600+ cycle life.
• H-power Technology
Designed for HNB, the 4.50V ultra-high voltage platform delivers a 35% increase in energy density, 500+ cycle life, stable and reliable.
In terms of regulations, EVE Energy actively practices the requirements of the new EU Battery Regulation, and continuously explores the future cutting-edge technology and green replaceable battery solutions for the vaping industry. Dr. Sam interpreted the EU removable battery regulations at the meeting, and focused on sharing EVE Energy's pouch cell and hard can cell removable battery solutions, which can achieve multiple wins in economic benefits, environment and social value.
